Firstly, the location was superb! You just get out of the metro and your hotel is across the street. We are grateful to the staff who upgraded us to a suite, however, the shower was broken and that caused some inconvenience. The views of the city were great as we were on a higher floor. We understand repairs couldn't take place as the repair team was not working during New Year's. The breakfast was very good, and we did also try their room service and their food was tasty. There's a lot to do and see when in Ankara, being the capital, and we have shared some of our memories so you can visit the same. The Anatolian museum is a must-visit! And the doll museum and castle are also a must-visit. You can also check out the Atakule mall, where you can pay a fee and get to the highest floor on the tower to get 360 views of the city. There is a park near the mall and many other parks which you can visit such as Kuğulu Park where you can see the white and black swans. Metro and bus are the best mode of transport while visiting Ankara.

Everything was just great; the staff was very helpful and tried to make my accommodation the best. I had a small problem in my room with no water for more than 12 hours and I thought it was a public problem to figure out it was just my room. I was offered a replacement room but due to difficulty moving my things, I just used it on temp basis until my room problem was sorted out.

The hotel is in a fab location. It's either a short walk to the shopping area, restaurants and bars or the Metro station is right outside, so you can jump on the train to other places and sightseeing. Staff are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Manager was very accommodating with our requests. Breakfast was also lovely with a great choice of items

Everything was very good except fact we ordered room service late at night. Order was taken I rang an hour later to find out when it would come only to be told they weren’t making it. Then had to order food from outside. Didn’t have the courtesy to ring and tell me it wasn’t being done. It led to my daughter starving half to death. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Excellent hotel, perfect location, very closed to Kizilay and various places. I was staying on the top floor, fantastic view. Delicious breakfast, very professional & friendly staff. Very modern and beautiful place.

In my 12-day stay after surgery I felt very comfortable, spacious and comfortable rooms with all the amenities, very attentive and friendly staff, and excellent quality of food.

This hotel was located on a quiet side street very close to the Ataturk Mausoleum. The staff was very friendly and the concierge went out of his way to be helpful. On premise parking was included and greatly appreciated in a crowded city. I would most definitely stay here again when in Ankara.
